Münster

There are various alternatives for students to find accommodation in Münster.

Probably the best-known and most frequently used option is the Studierendenwerk halls of residence. You can apply there for one of the many student flats in Münster or Steinfurt. They offer both single flats and shared accommodation (WGs).

One of the advantages of living with the Studierendenwerk is that the rents are affordable compared to the private housing market and each hall of residence has a house manager who handles any issues in the flat (broken lights, fridge, etc.).

The many friends and wonderful moments you will experience in the student halls of residence (or elsewhere during your studies) will certainly hold a special place in your memories.

However, it is also possible to find accommodation outside of the Studierendenwerk. The most frequently used websites are:

WG-Gesucht: wg-gesucht.de
