You may be reimbursed for the semester ticket fee if you submit your claim in full and on time before the deadline and if you can prove the relevant reasons.
Submitted claims will be processed from mid-February for the summer semester and from mid-August for the winter semester.
Reimbursements take place one or two weeks later!

The receipt of refund requests will be suspended upon expiry of the deadline (14 April or 15 October). It is therefore not possible to send further or missing proofs retrospectively!!!
